Dear Community Partners,

We’re excited to share that MSSWR is launching a brand‑new summer program designed to empower girls in our community: Making Waves – Girls in Swim.

This free, culturally informed program supports girls in building confidence in the water, learning foundational swim and water‑safety skills, and participating in recreation in a safe, welcoming, girls/women‑only environment. Sessions will run from July 11 to August 29 at Forest Heights Pool, and we’re looking forward to creating a space where participants can grow, shine, and make waves all season long.

Please note that completing the registration form does not guarantee a spot. MSSWR will review all submissions and contact families to confirm participation, program details, and any supports needed.
